Kaamdhenu Builders is headed by Mr. Satish Sabhlok, Mr. Puneet Sabhlok and Mr. Satish Sabhlok have over 40 years of experience in the field of construction.
In the year 1955, Kaamdhenu Builders was established by Late Mr. Anantram Sabhlok as Government Contractors engaged in construction of bridges, dams, roads, etc. As per the need of times; business grew gradually expanding to new horizons and they ventured into real estate industry as developers in the year 1976. It was then that Mr. Satish Sabhlok s/o Late Mr. Anantram Sabhlok commenced operation in Mumbai & Navi Mumbai under the able supervision of his father.
Since then, Kaamdhenu builders have come a long way in achieving its status of being one of the most trusted names in the business of construction. Mr. Puneet Sabhlok s/o. Mr. Satish Sabhlok has joined hands in the construction business with his father and has done business management. Various MES, PWD, CPWD, Railways and other Government construction Projects were undertaken by us from the year 1955 to 1985. We were also known as one of the first contractors for CIDCO Ltd.
We have successfully constructed & completed more than 70 Buildings in and around Mumbai & Navi Mumbai and are now coming up with projects at Chembur, Dronagiri, Ulwe, & Karanjade.
